We will not normally accept returns unless the products are faulty or damaged. In the event that you change your mind or feel that you have made a wrong decision we will do everything possible to assist you. If, at our absolute discretion, we accept goods for return a 20% restocking charge will apply.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is received faulty or damaged please contact us immediately.
If your product develops a fault within its guarantee period, please follow the above instructions. Subject to the manufacturer's conditions, we will ensure your product is repaired R K Holman Ltd or an authorised UK Service Agent.
